I was alarmed to discover the wrong information TransUnion has on my profile. To start with, they written that i have got dependants and when i asked their call center agent, she can't tell me who gave them that information (simply she doesn't know, but they have that information anyhow). Another wrong information they gave me another surname by changing the spelling of my surname (and wrote also known as). It is amazing because I never gave that information and they attached it to me and when I want answers they are arrogant as if they own me. Thirdly, they have wrong accounts information, some of the accounts I paid them up more than a year ago and closed them down, but they still appear as active on Transunion. Who do these credit bureaus really listen to, because as a customer I must send them this and that but the creditors can just send any rubbish under your name. TransUnion must know that I am taking them to the Tribunal because they must tell me who gave them that information because they cannot have wrong information on my name and they cannot tell me who gave them the information. These irresponsinble credit Bureaus like TransUnion are busy destroying peoples live
