Call centre agents giving clients wrong informatio

I called in for a quotation for comprehensive insurance my needs where made clear to the consultant by the name of Leslie. After I accepted the quote and perused my policy schedule it was not what I wanted I called in and spoke to a manger Chantal Slaney who investigated and advised that the consultant gave me wrong information and that he would be dealt with but my premium has to go up. Outsurance consultants sells policies to clients and hopes they don't read it anything to make a sale no customer needs they are supposed to be FAIS accredited before even giving information to clients but as long as they reap the benefits the clients needs are nil and void. Management has poor customer skill not even an apology to the client and to try and assist or retain the client. At the end of the day I did not the premium out of my thump I called in for the so called experts to advise. Now I have to go through trauma and stress due to people not doing their work or should I say people who only look out to make a quick buck, is it really worth it who is going to pay for my phone calls stress time waisting etc, are there still any companies that dont seek to gain out of their clients...
