I was involved in a car accident 13 Sept 2013. Insurance towed my car that evening. On Monday 16 Sept 2013 I caled Claims department and dealt with Leone Swart who said she would assist with claim. I gave her my previous insurance details with Clicks and forgot to mention the other insurance I had. A mistake I made as I had overlooked the previous insurance. She did not call me back to let me know how it went with Clicks. I had to call the call centre and another lady by name of Kholofelo assisted and told me there was outstanding information from other insurance. I quickly sent her that information with regards to the other policy and she forwarded the details to Leone as that is the consultant I had been dealing with. I then had to call her to find out if she had gone through to Indwe. She had not and I asked her to follow up. She sent an email to Indwe, they responded on Monday 23 Sept at half 3.Indwe stated that there had been no previous claims for the car. I sent Leone an email at 15.49pm Monday 23 Sept 2013 asking if there was further information required for the claim to be processed. She did not respond. I called yesterday and she advised she knocks off at 4pm and had left.
