Non payment of Cash back bonus and bad Service

When I took out my car insurance at First for Women in Nov 2008 I was of the impression that the cashback bonus was an automatic benefit due to all customers. However, I was wrong about that. When I phoned First for Women in December 2011, the consultant at their call centre advised me that I did not apply for it. I explained to him that nobody explained to me that I had to apply for it and that it should be rectified immediately. On the 19th of December 2012 I phoned First for Women to enquire about the payout, only to find that it was not rectified and again I Sipho Lugogwana at the call centre told me that it is not due to me. I felt very angry and advised him that I will not accept no for an answer because it was not my fault that I was not advised that I should apply for it. He referred me to a "manager" Leanne Perreira. When Leanne phoned me she took down all my details and heard my story. She then told me that she was going to retrieve my conversation with the consultant who gave me the information of my policy in the beginning.
