BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have never come across service this bad. My card has been closed for the past 3 months due to FICA or some nonsense. I went into the branch sometime in the beginning of this year but someone didn't do their job.

I've supplied them with the paperwork as requested and it was all certified.

I DO NOT have the time to run around certifying documents because people are not doing their job as required. Now I as the customer must do it all over again. My card is blocked. I've contacted the call centre several times and every time someone tells me they will find out from FICA what happened.

As proof that I was there

My surname WAS Potgieter on my application - I gave them a certified copy of my NEW ID which is now under Masser and my account has been changed accordingly.
My address from Peerboom Avenue to Palm Drive 34 and they do have proof of that as well.

This is my proof that the documents was submitted but they say they did not receive the documents. So please tell me how is it possible. They needed the documents in order to change my surname as well as my address. How did they do that then.
