Replacement UCount card

On receiving my new Ucount card the sticker that was on the card left a glue residue, while trying to remove it the card number rubbed off also. I notified [Email Removed] on the 3rd of July 2013. I got a response 3 days later saying that a new card would be sent and that it would take 21 days to arrive and that I would however still be accumulating points. It has been 3 months and I have still not received a new card. I also cannot see if I have infact accumulated points as I cannot log into the site as I dont have a card number anymore, I do however know that I am paying for UCount.
