Ucount Rewards - more like Ucount Punishment

Registered for Ucount - only to find out that you need to be on Tier4 to get any meaningful rewards. They don't publish the tiering benefits, only when I complained about the lack of rewards accruing to my account did they let the cat out the bag - if you are not on Tier4, it is not really worth having Ucount rewards. I check, and find that I am a few points short of Tier4 - so I complete the cheapest product registration to get me there - register a Will and have them store it for me (not a bad thing, quite useful as it happens). So I complete the will, process, get confirmation from the Std Bank Wills dept, but no Tier4 points get allocated. I phone the call centre - to be told "Don't worry, the tiering up will happen at monthend". August monthend happens, no TIer4 yet. I email another complaint early in September. It is nearly the end of September now, they still have not been able to say why the Tiering points have not been allocated, and have been conveniently silent about my request to have the Tier4 points rewards backdated to when I actually registered for their service.
