Ucount rewards

I applied for the standard bank Ucounts rewards card and it works with tiering points and even though i have done all needed to move up in the tiering points scale no such luck after numerous phone calls i get told it will be sent to the IT department so they can update it week after week after week just goes by and phone call after phone call still no results no follow up no call back even though promised by customer care.
