I joined the rewards programme in june and since then I have been asking standard bank to correct their tiering and recalculate my points to no avail.

I have filled up more than 180 litres of fuel and swiped close to 20k in that period only to be rewarded with 15 rand. I called the programme's call center and they promised me that the tiering will be fixed and the points recalculated but this still has not happened.

Now I want to cancel and be re-imbursed my premiums and this is also proving impossible!!!
Is it not bad enough that I lost out on my discovery card benefits trying to simplify my life by switching to ucount since I already bank with standard bank.

anyone with half a brain can tell that the ucount programme was rushed and botched, now to try and deny the same people the chance to opt out and go back to established programmes is really pushing it standard bank

WHAT MUST I DO TO GET OUT OF THIS MISERY THAT'S DAYLIGHT???
