Failure to settle claim

On the 9 December 2012, we experienced a hailstorm which damage our house. We contacted Absa and filed a claim. We were asked to submit various quotes and documents, which we did timeously. To date almost 10 weeks later we have received no settlement. I have made numerous phonecalls to the bank, spoken to the person handling the claim, to no avail.
