Our house burned down 22 Nov 2012, since then no effort to start rebuilding our house from Absa. The perso who is handling our claim is not answering my mails or is phoning us back. Absa actualy does not know what is the accesor doing and the asseror is saying we are not his only client. The tenderproses is not started . we are phoning absa and the assessor Tiaan but seems like we are being avoided. Annetjie who is the person handling our claim do not reply on het email s send and cant give any feedback . we are at the atmost inconvience and one would say if you were insured you are ok? But this is not the case, my advise for all my friends, check your insurance if it is Absa change emmediately, their is no client servise, not to speak about the financial we were suppose to get and security . the amount of R8500.00 was paid to us 2 weeks back after I made quite a scene, this is so unnessary, the only thing we re asking is pls just inform us what on earth is going on with our claim
