ABSA what a week of utter bad service, from day one that my geyser burst at home, I have a four month old baby who suffered from water spilage into his cot and have no ceiling and rotting carpet, however the appointed pumblers were quick to respond but to useless to ensure that new geyser was working properly and more damage cause from installing the new geyser. Now my family and i are left with a house smelling of rotten carpets and no ceiling in the middle of winter.

Contacted ABSA claims department numerous times to confirm the status of my claim and all that is being said to me is that they either in training or they awaiting contractors quotes to finalise claim. How much longer can it take for a simple claim to be processed from ABSA after all they do claim they are the best. Now myself and family left waiting for contractors to pull their socks up while we sit in a unfit house.

This is the poorest service to date i have ever experienced and the claims person i am dealing with has no sense of urgency and still gives me attitude but yet no consideration is been given to my four month old son.

Regrettably i am appauled by ABSA lack of service.
