Absolutely useless service, Budget sent me to Auto Magic in Durban, Auto magic informed me that the service would take four days. I have routinely received sms notifications of delayed completion. I have been without my car for 9 days thus far and I see no clear completion date as of yet. Furthermore I have not once been offered a courtesy vehicle or anything other than a ride home after dropping the car off at the shop
