On the 9th October 2013 my car rolled down the driveway and was damaged. I reported the matter to Miway on the 10th October 2013. My reference number is 491291. I told them the story, sent pictures and Miway told me their estimate of the damage. I did not hear from anybody regarding the matter. I phoned them on Monday the 21st October 2013 and they told me the claim was still being processed. I havent even had anybody assess the damage as yet and Im not sure what is taking so long! I am planning a holiday soon and I would like to know what is happening as I will need a car. I am quite annoyed at the long wait for the claim to be processed
