After being convinced by all the advertising I decided to switch to FNB, after asking FNB to contact me via their ATM (a very good service to have) I got numerous phone calls about their services and which account is best for me. I was getting calls everyday from two people, and when I opened the account they promised that I would hear within 5 days when I can come collect my card. The call centre lady had some trouble finding a branch close to me even though I told her where two of my closest ones were but they were not on her system. Anyway it has been about a month and half and I am still waiting to hear when my card will arrive. I feel that after all the advertising about how easy it is to switch to FNB that they should be making sure my switch is a smooth positive one, I should not have to be running after them to find out if my card is there.
Please can someone resolve this issue for me.
