New card delivery and activation

I applied for a fnb card because of adverts telling about good service. i was told 4/5 working days delivery-took 10 working days. when i phoned to activate my card the following day-papers in pipeline. eventually i was told my card was activated. my boss paid my salary in-nothing appeared! i phoned and was told i had to make a deposit fist to activate my card- nobody told me this! my salary is still not on (28/7) and nobody can tell me where it is. ive tried to register for online banking but could not come right.

i will discourage anyone who wants to go to fnb
