"Simplicity" That's what you guys say however I am seriously considering changing my bank as I was told I would receive response to my claim on Monday but only received a response on Tuesday. As far as I know I am the client and the bank was supposed to do their best to help me with my problem however I am now told that I need to contact the creditor and try to get my money back. I refuse to accept this kind of service! I will not recommend you guys, as I bank with Capitec, I have taken out a loan from you guys and by mistake I had transferred it into the wrong account... If you guys strive to make our lives simpler, I would have received my money by now yet 5 working days later I still have to pay you guys for the loan which I took and I still have to pay the correct person whom I rightfully owe the money to! Unsatisfied customer!!! PLEASE don't call me rather work on getting me my money because the person who I was told to call advised me that she is unaware about the matter which I am calling about.
