Standard Bank
Cancellation of homeloan

I sent a letter of cancellation of home-loan with standard bank which was paid up on the 19 September 2013. On the same day I asked for the balance from standard bank home loan which was given to me by a consultant and the amount was R18.60. I immediately went to the Ogies branch of standard bank ad deposited R20. I have a proof of the letter and the amount which was paid. I have situation now where the above-mentioned person in standard bank claims that I owe them R1531.62. In that there is branch requirements for R383.18, insurance premium of R1017.54, interest accrued for R1019.26 and administration fee for R132. I have been trying to call this individual since the day i got the letter without any responce (phone ringing with no reply). My insurance premium till August 2013 was R339.18.
What is the difference between branch requirements and administration fees? These are the issues i want clarification for.
This is delaying the process with the lawyers in cancellation of the bond at the Deeds office that's what makes me angry.
