Ryan advised that he was still under supervision as he was training but in my view he's doing a super job. Very rare these days to find someone so enthusiastic and helpful. Thank you, Ryan. You brought a ray of sunshine to my day and restored my faith until the next time I have to deal with someone in customer services who are not only unhelpful but lazy and sometimes borderline rude. May you only grow from strength to strength Ryan, and may you continue to brighten the days of anyone fortunate to have you on the end of the line when they call.
