PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND DO NOT GET THIS COMPANY TO DO YOUR WEBSITE!!! This is the WORST experience I have had from a company in years!!! Tyrone Claassens is the WORST! he just ignores my requests. He offered me a website plus hosting for a year at R299.00!! I forwarded all the required details and the website was created and went live 2 May 2013. It looked TERRIBLE! all blurry and unprofessional!!! when I emailed him and asked him to neaten it and add stuff, he JUST IGNORED ME!!! I was given logon details to the client area 16 May. I logged on and did a ticket request for help to be able to logon myself so that I could change what I did not like and add products brochures. since May 2013 I have phoned, emailed to [Email Removed] as well as [Email Removed] [Email Removed] to get my logon details so that I can add products myself. NO RESPONSE!!! they just ignore my requests!!! as a last resort I signed up with a different service provider, but still need my Cpanel backup so that I can move my website to the new ISP. again, all phone calls, telephone messages, as well as all emails are IGNORED!!!
