After I left my company in July, I have requested Liberty to be able to withdraw my provident fund.
Needless to say, that I got no response for weeks. About a week ago, after many email exchange, Liberty tells me that something is wrong with the authorisation signature. It is almost the end of October.
The lack of communication is unacceptable! I was told last week Friday 18/10/13 that They will sort the issue out immediately. It is now the 22nd and of course no response or explanation from them again.
I need this to be solved urgently, as this is my money, sitting on that account, while fees are getting deduced!
Disgusting service!
