At the beginning of November 2012 I contacted Liberty Life about money due to me from my provident fund. I made numerous calls to different people in their Call Centre and could not deal with anyone other than incompetent Call Centre agents. Promises were made and never kept. Initially they said that they could not trace the fund and then after more calls they found the fund. Then they claimed that they had paid me and when I asked for proof they went very, very quiet. I am beginning to suspect that either they are more incompetent than I thought or something has taken place and they are too scared to admit it. I am 74 years old and desperately need MY money, but Liberty Life for whatever reasons won't pay me what they owe me. Do I sue them?
