I stopped working for my previous company that had a provident fund for me. After I left I filled in the forms and sent it through as well as my ID, after a few weeks only they respond my previous employer should sign the forms. I have emailed the MD and he has ignored me from that company. So I asked the Donavin to go see him and to sort this out. He did go see him, yet that MD still hasn't signed. It's been 4 months, I left that company in April. I want my provident fund money. Is there anyone that can help me?? Surely you can verify my employment with that company. I really have trying to be patient about the matter, I hope this report helps. I know the problem also with the signature not given, but that is out of my power. And according to Donavin, he did email complaints within Liberty Life to get this sorted. So Donavin is only a reference, he is not the one giving the problem, he has done a lot but unfortunately the problem is not solved yet.
