I have work for RRL Grindrod and resign on the end of September 2013. I hade a provident fund that was with liberty life. the HR of Grindrod have insure me that I will receive my provided fund within 20 days. until today I have not received any thing from liberty life, After many telephone calls from me to liberty life I have still received no feed back. every time I phoned MR Moodley he insures me that he will get back to me and that never happens, I am the one that keeps on phoning him. every time he insures me that I will receive my pay out this week, and this is been going on for the last 3 weeks. if I ask what the problem is he just say that there is nothing wrong he is just waiting for his manager, which I tried to phone without any successes.
