I submitted my withdrawal request for my provident fund in June and to date i have never received any communication in this regard.
I was advised that there is a backlog, which i understood but my patience is running out since it is the 5th month i have been waiting for something i was initially advised was not going to take more than 3 weeks.
I would highly appreciate for someone at Liberty to contact me and update on the progress and or the lack thereof. This is highly unacceptable.
