Failure to respond to assistance on downloading

For over 3 weeks I have been trying to download bank statements in a decent Excel format after switching to a new computer running Windows 8. Each time they download into one long string of info without individual columns.
I have called the help desk twice and each time my problem is beyond their capabilities to advise on and they PROMISE to have an expert call me back - I AM STILL WAITING FOR A CALL.
