Now having to pay for downloads

To my disgust I recently found out that downloading is no now longer part of BIS... Ok sure, but does that explain why my internet is so slow? Upon finding this out I was told that I need o make sure that I have air tome to download... I am contract? I do have a money value balance yet, still slow internt and still not able to download... Why can vodacom still download things with no effect to the connection or the monthly billing? This is so frustrating, was told that the fact that we can't download was communicated via sms? If this was the case I wouldnt even bother spending contless time tryingto get through to get through to the call center... I'm disgusted after having BIS and able to download for over 4 years now and suddenly not able to any more. Perhaps changing to vodacom isn't a bad idea!!! Always some issue and some long winded excuse with mtn.
