This is the 2nd month I am receiving my bluebean statement in a different format.
I refuse to download whatever I need to download, and I want my statements in PDF format please.
I have asked Bluebean last month already, but they just simply ignored my request!!!
If this is the case, I am cancelling my card, as I can better service somewhere else.
