Can you please tell me why I cannot simply download my historical online statements in pdf format or something else which is legible. I can do so quite easily with my FNB online banking, but Standard Bank, you have some very strange and user unfriendly formats to download the statements. I have to print out my historical statements and scan them to my computer for record purposes.
If FNB can manage to offer such a simple thing, why can't Standard Bank? If you do have this facility, please let me know how to access it. Thank you.
