I am waiting since Feb for answer regarding my insurance was declined in jully and went to the Ombidsman and was then solved. Twee weeks ago I received a letter that state I am approved and will receive a letter of payment today and payment will start today from Karen Duminy. I did email Karen again and we still got no reply from her office as they keep on saying tten days. Why all the stories what happend with hornesty? I had no income since Feb at all we lost everything we had. Can some help? Must we go see a lawyer?
