I have been phoning the claims department numerous times regarding letter stating I will not claim through my insurance (Accident occurred on Friday 08 November) - It has been several days and no mail / letter have been received. Phoned again today at 10h45 - spoke to Nonthle - said if I do not receive letter from her today I should phone her on 011 - 489 4690. I have been trying to get hold of her since 13h30 - No answer, then busy then again no answer - (it is 15h35 now), Asked to fax letter - said it will take too long... but the mails is taking longer - need this letter urgently for 3rd party insurance claim!!! Please can someone assist!!!
