Joined the sceme March 13 refer by friend payment did not go off end March, this was only seen end June, payment did go off end April, on 5 May 13 I called the callcentre as I did not receive any cards, spoke to Wonder Mazibuko who ensured me everything was in order and even told me we can start using the sceme, he even emailed me a confirmation letter stating that we are cover as from 1/04/13, and a card will be sent to me! Beginning of July my daughter had a fit @ school and we took her to the doctor who wanted to admit her in N17 hospital in Springs, we then were told we are only covered for hospitalisation from 1/8/13 and the confirmation letter sent to us from Wonder was incorrect! I had to take my daughter to a state hospital. Yesterday my daughter had the same problem and after seeing the doc was told to admit her at N17 hosp for further tests, NOW we are told that this is a pre-existing condition as she fell ill during our waiting period! We joined the sceme long before she was ill AND secondly we were told on black and white we are covered from May already! Elba or Karen would have called me today STILL nothing and its already past mid-day!
