We recently received a lawyers' letter on behalf of Cell-C threatening to attach our property due to an outstanding amount payable on a cell phone account. The account is however registered in the name of the previous owner of the property. Does nobody at Cell-C do their job properly? We have been RICA'ed to death and they still can't get it right! The person responsible for the letter at the law firm is never in the office - clearly incompetent as well. I am not surprised! Now I have to waste my time (again) trying to sort this mess out.
