I just received a letter of Final Demand from Vodacom to the value of R4260.73, but I've been a Cell C customer for 6 months. What the? I paid in for a premature cancellation in May after I've been promised my Galaxy S4 would arrive on the Tuesday. Then 2 weeks later, no one bothered to phone me and you still did not have my phone. I walked in to the Vodashop and told them not to bother, I'm moving to Cell C. I then got the M65 form, filled it in, faxed it, paid my premature cancellation fees and ported my number to Cell C. Now, 6 months later after not a single phone call, no statements, no debit orders (which btw, you've been doing for years) you come at me with a letter of Final Demand. I haven't even had so much as a letter of demand, a statement, a phone call from you, but now this letter of Final Demand telling me to pay R4260.73 for Subscriptions. What subscriptions... I'm with Cell C!!! After being with Vodacom for 10 years, are you so sour I left for Cell C? Pick up a phone and phone me. The number has been ported... not changed. I got my documentation right here. I expect this to be sorted out by Monday!!! And for heaven's sake... learn to spell my surname!!!
