I received a letter of demand from a debt collecting agency out of the blue for the amount of R32 900, 47 which is apparently due to Vodacom. I requested all the billing information and was sent a dodgy looking pdf file with a couple of amounts that had been payed then a huge amount that was never payed. This account is not my account that was billed! It is addressed to a person, with the same name as mine but in Bedforview, I live in the Eastern Cape! I cannot believe a high profile company will let itself get like this! It has cost me to get my own legal firm involved.
