TRACKER NOT UPDATED WITH MY NEW NW REG #'S

I have updated my records with discovery insure re the change of both my vehicle number plates (from GP to NW), several mths ago, however the company that does the tracker still has my old vehicle number plates #. please advise why they have not been updated?
