I regrettably have 3 vehicles insured with discovery insure (not for long), I have had to change the c-track (piece of rubbish) tracking system 5 times in the one vehicle and 4 times in the other vehicle. Each time only to lose my DQ points. Discovery insure is a Mickey Mouse operation, I don't have the time to continually wait for your technicians to come and install a new tracker, and break plastic clips on the car time after time. This last one is the final straw, I live on the East Rand, and the tracking device is now registered to somebody else in NIGEL? I picked this up, after 2 months., and your discovery insure doesn't know why? How the could you even find my car? Never mind that you are awarding HIS points to MY account. Discovery Insure, you are pathetic, and your system does not work.
