Hi,

After numerous calls to the Discovery Insure Contact centre, I still do not see my other vehicle under my profile in the website.
My call to the Contact Centre on Friday was received by a friendly gentlemen who's name escapes me.; but after giving him the VIN number and Chassis number of the vehicle in question he promised me that the car would now reflect under my profile within 24 hours.

I still don't see it. (Ford Fiesta)

I am also concerned about the fact that I had to call Discovery to find out that the information on the Ford Fiesta was lacking. No one called me to get the required information.
Took 3 days off from work before the Ctrack unit was finally fitted to my vehicle:

1. First attempt; Installer spent 4, 5 hours installing the tracker in my wifes vehicle, and did not get to installing the unit in my car
2. Second attempt (Took leave again from work). Installer pitches up without tool box, had to re-schedule.
3. Third attempt, unit is now installed, but the cell numbers were not linked to our contact numbers.

Discovery Insure is damaging the Discovery brand.
