My previous complaint: discovery-insure-rejecting-my-claim-146762-1299018, refers:
Pre-Inspection was the only reason for rejection as per one of Discovery Insure Snr Managers. After their investigator Yvonne Heaney managed to prove that there were no damages on my car prior to the accident, Discovery Insure is now looking for more loopholes not to pay!!! WHY? They are now looking for tracker records, cellphone records, my office access records for that day I have since refused to get that info, Ombudsman will have to advise me on this. Still no Rejection letter thou. Its been more than 30 days and the rental car is due back at Avis today. What am I going to use from this afternoon. Why pay premiums every month, only to be given a run around like this? As per MTN to get the cell phone records, I will need to open up a case, have a police officer working on it and fill in an affidavit. My tracker company says there will not be any records as they can only go back a month, my office also says they had issues with access systems in December.By WHY shoud I go through all that trouble to to get my claim approved? Please send me the expected Rejecton letter so I can take this forward!!!
