Refusing to refund my account

Dear Sir/ Madam

I'm African's Bank client. I took loans of which i have been paying like we agreed on the contract. In April 2013 my payment date changed from the 15th of the month to the 30th/ 31st depends on the last day the month ends. I called the head office and i was told that i must fax the proof which was my appointment letter and my ID copy. I did that and i called they confirmed they recieved it. I didnt not get paid on the 15th of April but got paid on the 30th of April. The passed by and early in sepetember 2013 African Bank head office called saying im in arrears because i did not pay on the 15th of April, instead they got the money on the 30th of April. They sent me a statement. In the statement it shows i was in arrears by R40.83. My monthly instalment is R696.85. The added the 2 and the total was R737.68. I made arrangement to pay the money end os september. What they did, the Deducted R696.85 and R750. When i ask them for a refund they refuse, but they have double charged me. What am i suppose to do now? I need my money back.
