I made an agreement with african bank to pay 600 as I'm currently unable to pay the agreed instalment, Then the next thing I get a call from your consultantnt asking me if I can atleast pay an extra amount to avoid interest on my account and that I should at least add R150 with my normal monthly credit card payment for 3 month which was reasonable and I agreed. Come the 30th of April 2013 an amount of R2200 was debited from my bank account and when I called the head office, the gentleman I spoke to promised me that I'll get a refund of R1400 after 24 hours and that was last week tuesday and am still waiting. Firstly calling your head office takes time to get an assistance which cost me money and my debit order was changed to the 15th of every month which I did not agree to and that created unnecessary bank charges for me and now I'll end up with a bad record because of people who can't do their job properly. Is this what you call a good customer service???
