Standard Back Moving your Banking BACKWARDS

I drew money at a Standard Bank ATM at the Oxford Road Engen Garage. The withdrawal was approved but no money was dispersed. I complained to the garage manager that if they are having problems with the machine that they should put a sign up. He said they had called Standard Bank three hours before to sort problem out but clearly nothing was done. I called Standard Bank and they were off line. How the can a bank be off line so they couldn't lodge a call. The lady said I must go into a bank to sort it out. I told her I have a job and do not have time to go into a bank, she must sort this out over the phone. The next day no news from then so I called again, still off line. I spoke to a manager who said she will get feedback and call me before 10am on Monday. Of couse no call on Monday so I called and got told it will take 12 business days to get my money back. This is totally unacceptable. I was charged to draw money and the bank is not going to give me interest for waiting to get my money back. Their service is disgusting and I will be changing to FNB once I get my money back.
