STANDBANK-(Paul Kruger). On the 16 my account was deactivated. I then went to enquire on the 17. An enquiry assistance adviced me to phone division I did exactly that and the lady assured me my account will be reactivated as soon as I drop the phone. After maybe 30min I tried to use the card, and I got a similar error. I then went back to the bank, and they told me that theres nothing wrong with the account since it is OK. The lady the offered me a new card, it didnt make sense to me cause the error was about the *LIMIT* she gave me a new card but I still couldnt access my small money I never thought I could struggle so much to use my money. She then told me to withdraw iniside, like really! Every time when I want to access my money I have to go and wait at the long queues I always have to carry my ID with me incase I want to withdraw. How convinient. I spent almost 2 hours trying to fix my problem but it couldnt. A BETTER bank and a better service is all what I need. Id been advised so many times to change the bank, but I refused since I was so loyal to STANDBANK. Atleast I now have a reason, worst service ever. Im carrying a card but I access the money on the account. Nice
