Failing To Cancel The Transaction for Cheaque Card

Today went to buy the service items for my car. Merchant account decline the transaction with error code 91 (which means bank is not available and no link with card user) but money left my account which was not my problem. I went to the standard bank branch to investigate and the lady told me the funds has left my account. I went back to the shop where I was purchasing the goods to show them the proof of transaction but it was all decline or refused. I don't have my money, note not bank money my money, neither the goods I went to purchased. I have phone authorisation department at standard bank, the manager (Isaac Kekane) told me nothing he can do to cancel or reverse the transaction. I needed money as yesterday because my car is my bread and butter. I'm so off with standard bank and I will consider moving to other bank. Big question is this how they are moving forward? my car still not fixed n I don't have a transport.
