On the 28/01/2013 a R1010.45 was tranferrred from my savings account. phoned standardbank on the 29th to get more info to my horror i was transferred from one person the next and at the end was told to send an email. Was on the phone for more than an hour trying to get this sorted and at the end it was still not sorted. it reminded me why i closed my current account and garage card with standard bank.

my card was lost and no one ca tell me whether the card is stopped or not.
