Dear Standard Bank
I have given you more than 10 Day's to give me insight into how you linked my Garage Card to my Credit Card with out informing me about the procedure. I have phoned you a couple of month's before requesting that you send me sms notifications on the Garage Card. Then you have mentioned that this will happen but first you will consult me of what will be done. This never happened. You have increased the limit on my Credit card without informing me that this will be used to clear my Garage Card. Then you just stop the usage of my Garage Card after I have made a payment into that account.(Without informing me). I have phoned the call centre regarding this entire mess up, They have tried to explain to me what happened but the credit card and garage card account's does not balance up (20mins 1/03/2013). Requesting more information requested that they phone me the next day that never happened. I have to call you on the 3/03/2013 to get more information but not complete info as they cannot get the balance for the Garage Card. This project has been a complete failure, seeing that I am not the only person complaining about this.
