Linking my accounts with no authority to do so!!!

I phoned to find out what is my outstanding amount on my Card. Just to find out that Standard Bank decided to link my Garage card with my Credit card. I phone and ask why? And I got the response "we sent you a letter to inform you that it's gone happen" Seriously we all know that the Post Office is striking.
I then requested that the card must be "unlinked" and they say it is not possible I need to come in to the branch (inconvenience to a client, and you want to call this service) close my Garage card and open a new one. I then asked who gave Standard bank the right to make changes on my account without my permission "... Silence".
I again requested to the staff member that the card must be unlinked and he said he will take it up with His supervisor. Still waiting response from Standard Bank.
I want this matter to be resolved ASAP!! I'm giving this a day. If not sorted I will be forest to take my money to another bank HELLO FNB
