No Service at all at Standardbank

I opened my account with Standard bank 1/12/1980. And in all that time I never had one unpaid and I believe that I did conduct my account satisfactory. My Credit Card got lost (Some years ago) and I phoned and a new credit card was issued to me. I applied for finance a month ago and it was declined "Conduct of your accounts" I phoned Stannic to find out and according to them there was a negative status on one of my account the credit card that got lost was never closed by Standard bank and it became "dormant". I was informed by Card Division that the matter was referred to ITC (I do not know why) and it will take up to 10 working days to be solved and then they will issue me with a letter to say that it was not my mistake. I explained to the lady that I do not have 10 days because I am in the process of buying a new vehicle and because it was not my mistake I need them to sort it out right away. I was informed "Sorry that is how the system working. I phoned Customer Relations and they also informed sorry 4 Working days. I send a email to Card Division 3 times - No response to date. I did my finance through Wesbank but still my problem is not solved as yet and no lette
