Cheque Account stopped im on ITC

I have been a client of Standard Bank for years, I have a Savings Account and 2 years ago a Cheque account which has been stopped. I cancelled it inside the store they even paid the money that was left in the cheque account into my existing Standard Savings account. The person cut my card inside the branch and the account was stopped completely without any outstanding fees. About a month ago I went to start my new contract, they declined me because i have bad debt with Standard Bank. Outstanding fees have not been paid on a account that has been cancelled. I have not received any court orders or any notifications. I went back a month ago, the woman phoned ITC the people from ITC said that the card was never stopped according to the person helping me, (but how can I be put on ITC, by ITC without my bank giving it through, or giving me any notice?) a card that has been cancelled needs to stay cancelled or stopped. ITC said they will take me of in 10 working days, It has been a month. I went back and the person helping me could not even get through to them. I am not waiting any longer for my closure letter that has been promised also for my name to be cleared. Give me what I deserve.
