MY PAYMENT IS SLOWLY DISAPPEARING IN STORE

ON THE 25 AUG 13, I PAID R280 AT GUESS FOURWAYS. I THEN RECEIVED AN SMS ON THE 7TH ABOUT THE PAYMENT REMINDER. I WAS SHOCKED BECAUSE I THOUGHT I PAID. I THEN CALLED THEM ON THE 18TH SEPT 13 AND FAXED THEM A PROOF OF PAYMENT AND THEY ALSO CONFIRMED THE RECEIPT AND PROMISED TO RESOLVE IT WITHIN 4 DAYS. ATFER 5DAYS I CALLED AND I WAS GIVEN ANOTHER 4 DAYS EXTENSION. I CALLED AFTER 4DAYS AND STIL NO POSITIVE FEEDBACK. I WAS THEN SENT TO THE STORE FOR A REFUND BUT WHEN I GOT THERE I WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULD NOT BE POSSIBLE. WE THEN CALLED CLIENT CARE AND SPOKE TO COLERIDGE AND HE PROMISED ME THAT HE WILL CALL ME ON THE 14TH OCT 13 BUT I AM STIL WAITING TO DATE. I HAVE SO FAR BEEN ABUSED, MISUSED AND MISLED BY THE RCS CLIENT CARE AGENTS BOTH FINANCIALLY AND MENTALLY. I HAVE BEEN TO AND FROM THE STORE UNNECESSARILY WITH NO SUCCESS. I HAVE SPENT MY HARD EARNED MONEY ON TRANSPORT TO AND FROM THE STORE TRYING TO FIX SOMETHING THAT I PERSONALLY DIDNT DO. MY ACCOUNT IS NOW IN ARREARS AND ATTRACTING MORE INTEREST. YAH, YOUR SERVICE IS DISGUSTING AND . FIX IT OR REFUND ME BEFORE YOU SPENT MY MONEY ON YOUR CHRISTMAS NEEDS.
